What we collect

When you send a trip enquiry, book a trek, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name, email address and, where you provide it, phone number. We use these only to respond to your enquiry, administer your booking, or send the newsletter you signed up for — never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site in aggregate. It doesn’t identify you personally. If you’d rather not be tracked, most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” or ad-blocking option that Google Analytics respects.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking details are kept for as long as needed to deliver your trek and meet our own record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe, which every newsletter email lets you do directly.
