How booking and payment actually works, in plain terms.

Deposit & balance

A deposit secures your booking once we’ve confirmed availability for your dates. The remaining balance is due before departure — we’ll tell you the exact deposit amount and balance due-date when you enquire, since it varies by trip size and season. No hidden second invoice after that.

How to pay

Bank transfer and major credit/debit cards, both handled securely through our booking system — we don’t take payment details over email or phone. Full payment instructions go out with your booking confirmation.

Cancellations & refunds

See our Terms of travel for the full cancellation and refund policy. If your plans change, email us as early as possible — the earlier you tell us, the more of your deposit we can protect.
